Refund Policy - the basics

These terms and conditions constitute the current return and refund policy of VMF Property Management & Unlimited Souls.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

  1. The customers have 3 days to check their purchases, 14 days in case of a membership/subscription/plan. 

  2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products or services supplied, they must return them or file a complaint with the company within 14 days of the purchase. VMF Property Management & Unlimited Souls will refund the full amount after examination of the relevanceof the complaint. 

  3. After fourteen days of the purchase VMF Property Management & Unlimited Souls shall not accept any complaint, and no money will be refunded.
